| 摘 要： | 自主选课机制是指高等学校在教学计划中所规定的学生按照一定要求与手续修习选修课的一种教学管理制度。自主选课机制在广播电视大学系统中已经实施多年,但是由于多种原因并没有真正得以落实。而开放大学的主要任务是为社会成员提供更加灵活、便捷、公平、开放的学习方式和多层次多样化的教育服务,自主选课机制恰恰能够体现这些特点。本文拟对目前湖南广播电视大学自主选课的现状、问题进行分析探讨,并提出针对性的建议,希望能够为未来开放大学在专业设置及课程体系设计方面提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The independent course-selection mechanism is a teaching management system that students should take elective courses according to certain requirements and procedures in the higher school teaching plan. Though the mechanism has existed for many years in the Radio and TV University, it has not really been implemented because of various reasons. The main task of Open University is to provide learners with flexible, convenient, fair and open learning style, and multilevel and diversified education services, which are the exact features of the independent course-selection mechanism. This paper first discusses the current situation and problems of the mechanism in Hunan Radio and TV University, and puts forward some suggestions, so as to provide some reference in professional setting and curriculum system design. |
