| 摘 要： | 地方高校在服务新农村建设的过程中,应充分发挥人才优势,培养和造就新农民;充分发挥科研优势,研究和推广新技术;充分发挥文化优势,引导和营造新风尚。地方高校要想更好地服务于社会主义新农村建设,还必须建立激励引导机制、监督评估机制和理论研讨机制。

| Abstract: | In the process of serving the construction of new countryside,local colleges should make full use of the talents to help cultivate and train new farmers;make full use of the research resources to develop and extend new technology,and make full use of their cultural resources to set and guide new trends.Moreover,local colleges should establish a system of stimulation and guidance,a system of supervision and assessment and a system of theo-retical research in order to better serve the construction of new countryside. |
