| 摘 要： | 随着我国法治建设的不断推进，贞操权作为一项重要的人格权越来越受到人们的重视，然而，我国法律尚未对此项权利作出明确规定。作希望通过对贞操权及其法律保护的探讨，以明确贞操权的概念和对其进行保护。
