摘    要:在高校管理中应用激励理论是实现科学管理、调动职工和学生两个方面的积极性的客观需求。因此,按照激励理论的原理,针对高校管理对象的心理行为规律。用适当的方法和手段去激励教职工在本职岗位上努力工作,积极创新;调动学生正确认识自身的价值、努力学习立志成才。

Abstract:Application of encouraging theory in colleges and universities is to realize the scientific management and the objective requirements of mobilizing the initiatives of staff and students. thus, according to the principle of encouraging theory, in accordance with the psycholog}' and behavioural law of managing targets in colleges and universities . It is the one of main contents of managing work in colleges and universities to encourage the staff and teachers to work hard at their own jobs and actively innovate: mobilize the students' initiatives of recognizing their values correctly,studying hard and resolving on becoming talents with proper methods and means.
