| 摘 要： | 图书馆要想在21世纪成为信息中心，必须从六个方面入手：①以“三个代表”为指导，努力提高政治思想水平；②以传统图书馆为中心，以发展数字图书馆为方向；③利用现代化手段，主动为用户服务；④建立图书信息服务消费新观念；⑤提高自身素质，加强图书馆人才队伍建设；⑥把图书馆建成精神明的阵地。
