摘    要:成人教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,对提高我国成人的整体素质做出了重大贡献,但近年来却面临着前所未有的发展困境。随着数字经济的快速发展,教育领域面临着向数字化转型的挑战。与此同时,教育部积极推进新工科建设,这给地方成人高校的转型发展指明了方向。在数字经济大发展背景下,成人教育应积极应对时代发展与社会需求,重新定位并找出未来可行的发展方向,大胆地探索和创新人才培养模式,以不断提升成人教育人才培养质量。

Abstract:As an important part of higher education,adult education has made great contributions to improve the overall quality of adults in China,but it is facing unprecedented development difficulties in recent years.With the rapid development of digital economy,the field of education is facing the challenge of digital transformation.At the same time,the Ministry of Education actively promotes the construction of new engineering,which points out the direction for the transformation and development of local adult colleges and universities.Under the background of the development of digital economy,adult education should actively respond to the development of the times and social needs,reposition and find out the feasible development direction in the future,boldly explore and innovate the talent training model,so as to continuously improve the quality of adult education.
