| 摘 要： | 就基层图书馆的古籍保护工作，提出引入“寄存制度”，改善珍贵古籍的保护条件；突出珍贵地方史料的保护，将民国早期文献定为古籍四级，同时有计划、有选择地影印出版，有利于地方珍贵史料的抢救和保护以及采用“缩微技术”复制、抢救古籍等方面的思考与建议。
