| 摘 要： | 本文在组织化学和电子显微技术研究鳜(Siniperca chnatsi)成体阶段脑垂体的显微结构和超微结构的基础上,详细描述了鳜鱼脑垂体的组织结构其7种内分泌细胞的超微结构特征,并与其他硬骨鱼作了比较.用电子显微镜区别出的内分泌细胞类型及分布与光学显微镜下的组织化学结果完全一致.促肾上腺激素分泌细胞和催乳素分泌细胞组成前一腺垂体;中腺垂体由促性腺激素分泌细胞、促生长激素分泌组胞和促甲状腺激素分泌细胞组成;后一腺垂体包括促黑色素生成激素细胞和一种PAS阳性细胞.最后探讨了目前垂体细胞超微结构描述中值得注意的某些问

| Abstract: | In the pituitary of Siniperca chnatsi,seven morphological endocrine cell types could be distinguished with the electromicroscope. The result was same as that of the ligth mi-croscope.Corticotrophs and prolactin cell form the pro-adenohpophsisyj the meso-adenphy-pophysis convsists of the gonadotrophs, growth hormone cell and thyrotrophs; and the meso-adenohypophysis consists of mepanotyopin and PAS posttive cell types. The histo-cogy of the pituitary and the ultrastructure features of each cell type are detail,and dis-cussed in coparison with the homologous cell di.scribed in other teleost. Lastly, some at-tention prlblems discribed in the ultruastructure of the pituitary were discussed. |
