| 摘 要： | 本文通过对“您不认识我,我却知道您!”个案的分析,引出了对我国信息隐私权保护问题的探讨,主要从信息说角度探讨了隐私权的概念及其保护客体范围,并介绍了国内外保护信息隐私权的相关立法,最后对我国信息隐私权的保护能早日与国际接轨提出了三个可行方向。

| Abstract: | Through analysing the case about "You don't know me, but I know you!", this article derives the discussion to the infoiznation privacy protection in our country. It chiefly probes into the notion of privacy and its object scope, then introduces the related legislation in this field, at last puts forward three feasible protection orientation in order to joint the international privacy. |
