| Abstract: | The specialty of the public utility administration is one of the red-hot specialties newly added in the higher schools in recent years.The new specialties should be constructed with standardization according to the new ideas.The paper puts forward the guiding principles and constructing targets of practical teaching patterns of the specialty of the public utility administration,and it also expounds the teaching patterns,specific connotations,experiences and problems. |
