| 摘 要： | 目的：观察紫茉莉总提物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩的影响。方法：取大鼠，用击打法处死，取子宫体制备离体子宫段，用生物机能系统记录离体子宫平滑肌收缩曲线，然后分别加入相应药物，观察药物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩的影响。结果：紫莱莉总提物可抑制大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩，表现为收缩频率减慢和收缩张力降低。结论：紫茉莉总提物对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌自发性收缩和催产素诱发性收缩具有明显的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effects of total extracts from Mirabilis jalapa on the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin of isolated uterine smooth muscle of rat. Methods： The isolated uterine specimen was prepared from killed rats. Constriction action was recorded by the biological function system. The effect of total extracts from Mirabilis jalapa on spontaneous contraction and induced contraction on isolated rat uterine smooth muscle was analyzed. Results： The extracts from Mirabilis jalapa could inhibit the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin, in less contraction frequency and eased contraction tension. Conclusion： The extracts from Mirabilis jalapa have an apparently inhibitory effect on the spontaneous contraction and induced contraction by oxytocin on the isolated rat uterine smooth muscle. |
