| 摘 要： | 有机化学实验教学,应该面向实际,面向工业化,应注重培养企业需要的新型应用型人才,为此,在有机化学实验教学中教师要从培养学生自学能力、动手能力、知识应用能力和创新思维能力等几个方面着手,缩短有机化学实验教学与企业对人才素质的实际需求之间的差距。

| Abstract: | Chemistry experimental teaching should look on practice and industrialization,its aim is to cultivate persons with ability who can be adapted to modern chemical enterprise.Therefore,during the course of organic chemistry experimental teaching the teacher must emphasize on cultivating self-studying ability,manipulate-ability,applying knowledge-ability and innovation thinking-ability,and shorten the gap between organic chemistry experimental teaching and factual demand of chemical enterprise. |
