摘    要:随着人力资源成为推动经济增长的主导因素,如何做好企业人力资源管理上升为企业管理工作的重中之重。现阶段国有森工企业人力资源整体素质较低,管理仍处于传统人事管理阶段,管理与企业发展战略脱节,人才开发、培训意识不强。基于此现状,国有森工企业必须采取多项措施向现代人力资源管理的方向转变,提高人力资源管理水平,助推企业发展。
