摘    要:高校作为先进生产力的生成器与孵化器,在知识经济的时代下应该引领时代前进的步伐,高校人事工作方面也不应例外。然而随着教育体制改革的不断深化,传统高校人事制度的弊端也日渐凸显,因此必须打破传统模式建立新型高校人事管理制度。

Abstract:As the generator of advanced productivity,colleges and universities should take the lead in the era of the knowledge-based economy.The personnel management in colleges and universities is no exception.However,the traditional personnel management system shows malpractice along with the deepening reform in the education system.So we must constitute the new personnel management system in colleges and universities by breaking the traditional models.
