| 摘 要： | 高校作为先进生产力的生成器与孵化器,在知识经济的时代下应该引领时代前进的步伐,高校人事工作方面也不应例外。然而随着教育体制改革的不断深化,传统高校人事制度的弊端也日渐凸显,因此必须打破传统模式建立新型高校人事管理制度。
