| 摘 要： | 教育资源的稀缺性以及教育的公共品性使教育资源的配置不能完全依赖市场的利益博弈而自发地生成,合理的教育资源配置必须通过恰当的制度安排才得以实现。合理的教育资源配置既要追求教育效益的最大化,以实现教育促进社会、社会反哺教育的良性循环;也要重视教育资源配置的正义视角,以使教育资源最大程度地在社会成员中公平地分配;同时还要强调教育资源配置中的承认维度,通过平等身份的文化认同,使处于边缘地位的人群和弱势群体能够平等参与,而避免各种不同形式的社会排斥。效用、正义、承认共同构成了教育资源合理性配置的三个维度,同时也成为教育资源配置的合法性依据。
