| Abstract: | The policy of state assistantship loan is formulated and carried out for the purpose of realizing our country's development by scientific eduation.This strategic decission is a move that takes radical measures of our country,it is also good to people. How colleges and universities understand and carry out this policy correctly plays a very important part in whether the work of carrying out the state assistantship loan policy can be done in a healthy and steady way. This article devotes a discusscion concerning the duty and operation of the colleges and universities in carrying out the state assistantship loan system. |
