| 摘 要： | 深度辅导是一项新的辅导员日常工作方式，旨在加强辅导员与学生之间的交流、沟通，更为及时地发现学生问题提供有效的支持与帮助。从高职院校学生的特点和辅导员工作面临的困境来看，高职院校学生更需要深度辅导。深度辅导的价值归宿是每名学生综合能力的提高和整体素质的提升。

| Abstract: | Depth counseling is a new way for a political and ideological instructor’s daily work. Its purpose is to strengthen the communication between the instructor and the students and provide effective support and assistance more timely. From the perspectives of vocational college students’ characteristics and instructors’ work dilemma, depth counseling is more greatly needed in vocational colleges. Depth counseling’s final value is to improve every student’s comprehensive ability and overall quality. |
