| Abstract: | The Golden Sunset written by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow is a poem with much philosophy, artistic conception and a luxurious style. It rivals the great poets' masterpieces of the Tang Dynasty for its unique poetic beauty. The contrastive study and analysis of the different translating styles of the Chinese version of The Golden Sunset enables us to appreciate better the magnificence and poetic situation of the poem. |
