| 摘 要： | 本文首先介绍了企业文化的基本概念与层次,研究了我国中小企业企业文化建设历程和特点,并从多个方面分析了现今中小企业文化建设存在的问题,最后提出了几点改善中小企业文化建设的建议,以期为之后的相关研究提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper first introduces the basic concept and the level of enterprise culture, studies the enter-prise culture construction process and characters of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, and analyzes their existing problems from multi-aspects, and finally puts forward several suggestions to improve the culture con-struction in these enterprises, in order to provide reference for later researches. |
