| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪以来，中国的国际地位逐步提高。新的国际环境和社会环境以及生态环境可持续发展的要求，使中国的民族文化呈现出传统与现代化因素自觉融合的特点。因此，新环境下的民族文化发展不断离开社会效益的和经济效益两方面，但根本上，民族文化的内部推动力还是来自精神层面的自觉融合的现代化因素。

| Abstract: | Since twenty-first century,Chinese international status has raised gradually.New international situations and social circumstances,as well as the requirements of continued development of ecological environment,make Chinese nationality culture take on harmony between the tradition and the modern.So,the development of nationality culture cannot separate from the requirements of social results and economic results,but fundamentally,the interior impetus of nationality culture development still comes from conscious merging with modern factors in spirits. |
