| 摘 要： | 自然权利是生态伦理学的基本理论问题之一,自然权利论者认为生命和自然界有一定的权利,但在阐释或论证自然何以有权利时却存在欠缺之处。对自然权利观念建立的合理性和可能性应当从权利概念的本质性含义着手,并且立足于现实的人类生活世界来加以探讨。自然权利主要涉及的是人与自然的关系,但它又和人与人之间的社会关系紧密相联。自然权利观念在实践中的贯彻有赖于人类社会关系的和谐。

| Abstract: | The natural right is one of the basic theoretical questions of the ecological ethics. Those who advocate natural right think that nature and life has some rights, but they have no sufficient evidence to demonstrate or prove why nature and life has rights. The rationality and probability of natural right should be discussed from the essence of right and based on the real life. The natural right mainly involves the relation between man and nature, but it also closely related to the social relationship between man and man. The implementation of the concept of natural right in practice depends on the harmonious social relation. |
