| 摘 要： | 运动性踝关节损伤作为学校体育中的常见伤病,越来越受到广大体育工作者的重视。从踝关节运动损伤的解剖结构及发生原因的角度上,分析研究治疗踝关节运动损伤的方法及其预防措施,以便更好地为体育教学、运动训练、运动卫生提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Ankle sports injury is closely connected with such factors as teaching,body diathesis,psgchological state,training,the characteristic of the kind of sports and the variety of the pathogenic factors.The class ification of ankle sports injury and psychological factors are stated in this papers,and the treatment and prevention of the ankle sports in injury are analysed,in order that it can supply scientific reference for sports teaching,trainning and sports hygiene. |
