构建服务型高校继续教育体系:内涵及意义

摘    要:我国社会经济由“计划轨”向“市场轨”的转轨,必然导致高校继续教育由“管理型”向“服务型”的转型,这既是高校继续教育追求与经济社会发展良性互动的必然要求,也是高校继续教育谋求自身发展的现实选择。然而,构建服务型高校继续教育体系,首要的任务是厘清和阐释构建该体系的几个核心概念“服务”、“区域”、“继续教育”、“高校继续教育”及“服务型高校继续教育体系”的基本涵义,这不仅有利于我们牢固树立服务型继续教育的理念,更有助于我们对大学职能的再认识和高校继续教育的制度创新,进而推进继续教育实践的转型发展。

On the Connotation and Significance to Build the Continuing Education System of the Service- oriented Colleges and Universities

Abstract:The transformation from planned economy to the market-oriented economy in our country will inevitably lead to the transition of the continuing education from management orientation to the service orientation, which is the inevitable requirement of the optimum interaction between the desired goal of the university' s continuing education and social economic development, and also the realistic choice for the self - development of the continuing education. However, to build the service - oriented continuing education system of the university, the primary task is to clarify and expound such core concepts: service, region, continuing education, continuing education of the university, and service - oriented continuing education system of the university. The clarification of these con- cepts is not only helpful to firmly establish the idea of the service - oriented continuing education, but also contributes to the re - examination of the university function and institutional innovation of the university' s continuing education, which can further push forward the transitional development of the continuing education.
