| 摘 要： | 目的]:观察丙泊酚用于老年心脏病病人行口腔颌面部手术时全麻诱导并经鼻气管插管情况.方法]:选用65例老年心脏病病人行口腔颌面部手术用丙泊酚诱导并与硫贲妥钠相对比,观察插管前及插管后1、3、5 min不同时段血液动力学指标情况.结果]:插管前两组平均动脉压(MAP),心率(HR)无显著性差异(P>0.05);插管后1、3、5 min不同时段丙泊酚组血液动力学波动明显低于硫贲妥钠组,二者有显著差异(P<0.01).结论]:丙泊酚用于老年心脏病人行鼻腔插管优于硫贲妥钠等药物.

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe on effects of propofol during anesthetic induction and nasotrachcal intubation for oral maxillofacial surgical patients with older cardiovascular diseases.Methods]In 65 patients with older cardiovascular diseases,ASA grade II to Ⅲ,undergoing oral maxillofacial surgery,the effect of new intravenous anesthetic Propofol was studied during anesthetic induction and nasotracheal intubation,and compared with control group(Sodium Thiopental).Results]To showed hemodynamics such as mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR) hadn't any significant differences between two groups before nasotracheal intubation(P>0.05),But the hemodynamics had significant differences between two groups at 1、3 and 5 mins after nasotracheal intubation(P<0.01),Arrhythmias in Propofol group are less significant than in contrast group.Conclusion]That it is better to use Propofal than Thiopental in patients with older cardiovascular diseases for oral maxillofacial surgery in the period of anesthetic induction and nasotracheal intubation. |
