| 摘 要： | 综述了在骨关节炎发病机制中分子生物学研究领域中的一些进展,主要包括:①细胞凋亡及其调控;②细胞因子(主要有生长因子、白细胞介素和肿瘤坏死因子)对软骨细胞的影响;③软骨细胞的分化、反分化及其胶原表达形态.
