| 摘 要： | 本文对340名江苏省队不同项目的运动员网织红参数进行了研究,目的在于了解不同专项训练,对运动员红细胞生成的影响。结果显示:按照WHO诊断贫血的标准,江苏省优秀运动员贫血的发生率为1.2%。运动员红细胞参数和网织红细胞参数具有一定的项群特征。与其它项群相比,表现性项群运动员LFR最高、而MFR最低,提示其网织红细胞增生活性较低;对抗性项群运动员Hb、CHCMr和CHr最低。 |

| Abstract: | Reticulocyte parameters of 340 elite athletes from different events in Jiangsu province were studied in order to understand the influence of different specific training on the erythropoiesis of athletes. The results showed that according to the norms of WHO for diagnosing anemia, the incidence rate of anemia in our subjects was 1.2%. There existed some characters of event group in erythrocyte parameters and reticulocyte parameters of those athletes. For athletes in events of expression, the parameters of LFR were the highest, and those of MFR were the lowest, compared with the parameters in athletes of other event groups, which indicated that the activities of reticulocyte hyperplasia were lower. For athletes of events of antagonism, their Hb, CHCMr and Chr were the lowest. |
