| 摘 要： | 随着国家开放大学的成立,加之开放教育在国内外教育领域上取得显著成果,开放教育逐渐成为一个成熟的教育体系。开放教育与传统教育之间的切入点和结合面越来越多,越来越受到个人与社会对人才培养的肯定。通过对开放教育的再认识,深入剖析开放教育的历史根据和自身系统化的教育特点,总结出开放教育对于人才培养的独特优势,体现教育平等和个性化教学对于人才培养不可磨灭的作用力。

| Abstract: | With the establishment of the National Open University, including the grate acnlevemem oi global open education, open education had grown and been a mature education system. Traditional education had cooperated with open education and integrated with a whole education system many times, more and more facts confirm that open education can cultivate the talents in their personal education and career development. With the new recognize of open education, known the history of former study of foreigner open education, search the characters of open education, concluded open education＇s particular advantages and reflect the essence of equality and massification on education. |
