| Abstract: | During the Seventh Annual UNESCO-ACEID International Conference on Education, concepts of digital divide ,global village, educational conception under the impacting of ICT, etc,have been discussed. Our educators should update the educational conception, prepare to combine Chinese education with international education, make efforts to let Chinese distance education hold of international education market. |
