| 摘 要： | 学校体育深化改革在不停地向前推进,现代学校体育的教育思想、理念,目的任务与几十年前发生了很大的变化。体育教师是学校体育工作的主力军,他们的素质直接影响着学校体育工作质量和发展速度。教师素质基础是师资培养的重要环节,这个基础是否打的牢固且具发展的前瞻性,这是教师成长发展的关键环节。本文就体育教育专业目前普遍存在的问题及改进对策进行初步探讨。

| Abstract: | College sports is reforming in constantly,the thought philosophy and purpose of modern sports education have changed much compared with decades ago.The teacher of sports is the main force in the sports eduation,and their quality affects the quality and speed of college sports education directly.The quality of teachers is based on the teacher training component.The base weather is found well and forward-looking is the factor key in the growth and development of teachers.The paper will have a preliminary exploration on the problem of sports education and the improvement of it. |
