摘    要:劳动关系是经济社会中生产关系最基本的组成部分。为了适应经济社会的发展和市场经济的要求,高校人事管理应转向协调劳动关系,用劳动法规调整高校劳动关系。高校人力资源管理要应对挑战,完善聘用制,建立和谐的劳动关系,促进高等教育发展。

Coordination of Labor Relation is the Expansion Orientation for Personnel Management Function in Colleges and Universities

Abstract:Labor relation is the most basic part of production relation in the economic society. In order to adapt to the development of economic society and market economy, personnel management institutions of higher learning should shift the function to coordination of labor relation, using labor laws and regulations to adjust labor relation in colleges and universities. Human resource management should deal with the challenges and improve the appointment system, establish harmonious labor relation to promote the development of higher education.
