| 摘 要： | 受教育权是公民的一项基本人权,我国宪法和法律赋予了公民受教育的权利。与传统的权利相比,公民受教育权是指公民享有的由国家保障其实现的接受教育的权利。在我国,少数民族公民受教育权有其自身的特点及其现实的意义,因而,少数民族公民受教育权实现的特殊要求是确保少数民族聚居区经济、政治和文化等社会发展的基础性前提条件。

| Abstract: | The privilege of being educated is one of the basic human rights of citizen; every citizen is entitled the privilege to education by Chinese constitution and law. As compared with traditional right, citizen having right to education indicates that citizen enjoys the fight to education that is to be ensured to achieve. In China, right to education taken by minorities＇ citizen has its own characteristics and realistic meaning, thus the special request of realization of right to education taken by minorities＇ citizen is to foundational precondition that ensures the economical, political and cultural and even social development in the area inhabited by ethnic minorities. |
