| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期运动疗法对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:急性脑卒中偏瘫患者共58例,随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组29例,在给予神经内科常规药物加针灸治疗的基础上。于入院一周内加入运动治疗;对照组29例,单纯给予神经内科常规药物加针灸治疗,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:运动组的疗效明显优于对照组,WMFT、FMA、Barthel指数有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期运动治疗可以明显改善急性脑卒中偏瘫患者的ADL,提高肢体运动能力,降低致残率,提高其生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective: studying the effect of early sport therapy to activities daily of life(ADL) and extremity motor function in hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods: 58 stroke hemiplenia patients are randomly divided into sport group(29 cases) and control group(29 cases).Patients in sports group are given sport therapy,while patients in the control group are just given clinical routine treatment and acupuncture.The results in two group are compared.Results: The results show that the WMFT,FMA,Barthel scores of the sport group are higher than the control group.The curative effect is better than control group.Conclusion: early sports therapy can reduce disability rate and improve quality of life for hemiplegia patients after stroke. |
