反相胶束介质对过氧化物模拟酶催化荧光反应的影响

摘    要:荧光法研究了反相胶束介质对过氧化物模拟酶催化过氧化氢与邻苯二胺反应的影响。结果显示,反相胶束介质对模拟酶活性及荧光产物均具有增敏作用,对酶促反应最适宜酸度范围有所增大。另外,在反相胶束介质中,三种模拟酶的活性顺序为:Hb>>βCD—Hemin>Hemin。

Abstract:The effect of the AOT/n-octane on the mimetic peroxidase-Catalyzed fluorogenic reaction between OPDA and H2O2 were investigated. The results indicated that the activity of mimetic peroxidase and the fluorescence of the product were enhanced by AOT/n-octane, and the optimal pH range of peroxidase-Catalyzed reaction was increased by AOT/n-octane. In addition, as is evidence on from the resuts of study, the catalytic activity sequence of mimetic peroxidases is;Hb>CD-Hemin > Hemin.
