| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化是现代化的必由之路，是解决“三农”问题的重要途径，其本质是以城乡统筹、产城互动、集约节约、生态宜居、文明和谐为基本特征的城镇化。滇西片区集少数民族地区、边境地区于一体，贫困面广、程度深，是边境县和世居少数民族最多的集中连片特困地区。新型城镇化有利于促进城乡统筹发展，这为滇西边境贫困地区的发展创造了重大机遇。分析了滇西边境贫困地区城镇化的发展现状，并以施甸县姚关镇蒜园村为案例，讨论其发展条件，从而探索边境民族贫困地区新型城镇化的路径，为我国新型城镇化建设提供参考借鉴。

The Selection of New-type Urbanization Path in Western Yunnan Border Poor Area--- A Case Study of SuanYuan Village in Shidian County |

| Abstract: | New type of urbanization is the only way to modernization, is the important way to solve the problem of“agriculture, rural areas and farmers”, its essence is the urban and rural areas as a whole, production, intensive economy, ecological livable city interaction, civilized and harmonious of the basic characteristics of the urbanization. Western Yunnan Border Poor Area is Extreme poverty, and is the most concentrated in border county and indigenous minorities destitute areas. New type of urbanization is helpful to promote the development of urban and rural areas as a whole, this have created great opportunities to the development of Western Yunnan Border Poor Area. This paper analyzes the urbanization development present situation of Western Yunnan Border Poor Area, and with SuanYuan village of YaoGuan town, ShiDian county as a case, discuss its development condition, so as to explore the path of the new type of urbanization in minority region along the border, provide a reference for new type of urbanization construction in China. |
