摘    要:在教育部关于1999年后新建的地方本科高校将逐步转型为应用技术大学的背景下,推行通识课程改革势在必行已经成为了一种共识。将以保山学院“一院一课”为例,探析整合优质资源、完善人才培养的通识课程建设新思路。

Abstract:After the Ministry of Education determines to transform newly established local uni-versities since 1999 into university of applied science and technology, it is a common sense to reform the general education courses. The author takes the“One School, One Course”program in Baoshan University as research subject, and investigates the new approach of improving gen-eral education courses through integrating teaching resources.
