| 摘 要： | 笔者通过查阅大量文献资料后对转体跳步难度动作分类,并应用力学分析方法对典型动作进行技术原理分析。采用录像观察与统计,比较中外转体跳步难度动作的差异,分析国内存在的问题和原因。结论是:转体跳步难度动作是跳步动作发展的重要趋势之一;我国转体跳步难度动作完成的成功率普遍偏低,主要存在转体不到位和空中造型控制能力差两个问题;教练员对新规则掌握不够深刻,训练中对动作的要求规格不高。

Study and Analysis on new Elements-difficulties of Jumps or Leaps With Turns During Flight in Rhythmic Gymnastics |

| Abstract: | Large number of materials are collected and analyzed, then we classified such element into two kinds and analyse the typical kind. Then anlalyse such elements with the Biomechanical method. Through the method of observation of the recording and statistics, it shows there are many prolems in the jumps or leaps difficulties with turns of China. The main results: the difficulties of jumps or leaps with turns during the flight is one of the important tends of jumps or leaps in Rhythmic Gymnastics; the rate of execution of jumps or leaps with turn is alow . Incomplete rotation and not well fixed shape are the two problems for Chinese gymnastcs; the coaches don't grasp the new Codes. Tthe elements are reqired in a low level during the training. |
