摘    要:处于转型时期的中小企业由于自身的种种缺陷,经营环境不断变化,以及国际管理模式发展的趋势,要求在企业危机出现时、企业战略发生重大调整等关键时刻变革企业文化体系。通过提炼核心价值观、员工培训等变革路径,让员工接受新的企业文化,以适应复杂多变的市场环境,促使中小企业成长壮大。

Abstract:The medium-sized and small enterprises under the transition period,requires a significant adjustment to the enterprise strategy when the enterprise crisis appears and the enter priseculture system reformed because of its defects,constantly changeable environement,and trend of international management mode.By refining core values,employee training can accept the new corporate culture,in order that they can adapt the complex and volatile marketplace environment,enhancing the medium-sized and small enterprises...
