| 摘 要： | 实现民族的复兴,要有必要的制度保障,尤其是管理制度。鉴于中国近代、现代史上的挫折经历,一些学者对中国的传统理论资源产生了怀疑,在管理方法、手段方面把目光一致转向了西方的现代管理。现代管理虽然是以增进集团、社会核心效益为逻辑起点,而且其方法、手段日趋多样化、科学化、动态化,但是在构建管理的良性基础———社会资本方面却显得力不从心。目前,中国社会资本已处于极度破坏之中,现代管理若没有一个和谐的外部环境,就会管理效率低下。在此情况下,挖掘儒家文化中关于构建社会资本的理论资源,发扬中国传统管理思想中关于善治的人本精神,对于解决现代管理中频频出现的一些问题显得十分必要。而做到这一点,就必须充分认识到现代管理、儒家文化、社会资本这三者之间的内在联系及相互影响的关系,从而纠枉校过,发扬优势。

| Abstract: | System guarantee,especially the system guarantee of administration is necessary to achieve national revival.For the frustrating history of modern times in China,some scholars begin to doubt the traditional theory of China,they completely seek help of the managing ways and measures of the modern administration of west.Though logic goal of modern administration is enhancing the core benefit of group and society,and its ways and measures become more diverse,more scientific and more dynamic,its ability don't equal to its ambition when constructing the society capital which is the benign base of administration. Social capital is the common consciousness and value conceptions of all members in society.Now,the social capital of China had been destroyed badly,modern administration hasn't a harmonious exterior environment,so the administration efficiency is very low.Under the circumstance,it's necessary to dig the Confucian theory and develop humanity spirit of traditional culture to solve some frequent problems in modern administration.Attaining this goal,we should understand the intrinsic relation of modern administration,Confucian culture and social capital fully,then correct our mistakes and develop our advantages. |
