| 摘 要： | 科学定位是职技高师院校生存与实现可持续发展的前提。职技高师必须立足院校特点,坚持战术利益与战略利益相统一、现实性与超越性相统一的原则,寻找最佳发展方向。职技高师的战略定位应是,以研究生教育为先导,以本科教师教育为主体,以教师教育与非教师教育为两翼,职前培养教育和各类继续教育协调发展,立足区域,面向全国。

| Abstract: | Scientific orientation is the prerequisite of survival and sustainable development of higher vocational and technical teachers college. Higher vocational and technical teachers college must persist in principles such as unification of reality and exceedingness, of tactics benefit and strategy benefit and of doing something and giving up something to pursue the best development direction. The strategic orientation of higher vocational and technical teachers college should be that: taking graduate education as forerunner, undergraduate teachers education as principal part, teachers education and non-teachers education as two limbs, developing harmoniously between pre-service education and various further education, basing itself upon its region as well as eradiating to the whole country. |
