| 摘 要： | 通过对潼关县城乡统筹规划思路的探索,寻找推进潼关城乡一体化发展的规划方法。文章基于陕西省潼关县城乡发展的现状,分析潼关县域城乡统筹规划编制中存在的问题,着力探索潼关县落实城乡统筹的政策措施,寻求落实城乡统筹的办法。尝试性地就城镇化、土地公司化运营、农村产业化、新型农村社区建设作为推进城乡统筹规划的政策措施;城乡统筹规划必须从城乡发展所处阶段着手,因地制宜地选择发展模式、制定发展对策,选择合适的城乡发展模式,走具有地方特色的城镇化道路。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to find the planning method which can promote urban-rural integrated development by explo-ring way of urban-rural coordinative development in Tongguan county .Based on the present situation of urban-rural develop-ment in Tongguan county ,this paper explores problems existing in compiling urban-rural planning and tries to seek out poli-cies and measures of urban-rural coordinative planning implementation .It regards urbanization ,land operation by company , country industrialization ,the construction of new rural community as plicies and measures to promote urban-rural coordina-tive planning .Urban-Rural Coordinative Planning should commence from the stage of urban-rural development ,choosing the development models suitable to local conditions and making development policies ,then choosing suitable development model and constructing a characteristic urbanization road . |
