| 摘 要： | 规模化种植是发展现代烟草农业的必然趋势。文章从农户角度出发,利用在毕节威宁调研所得的253户烟农数据,在对研究区域内烤烟规模化种植现状进行描述分析的基础上,主要对烟农规模化种植意愿及其原因、影响烤烟种植规模扩大的因素进行研究分析。结论认为,烤烟规模种植要以耕地市场流转为基础,以提高烤烟比较利益为前提,正确处理好政府或集体组织与市场机制的关系,已成为推进耕地流转和烤烟规模种植的关键性问题。

| Abstract: | Large-scale cultivation is the inevitable trend of developing modern tobacco agriculture .Based on the question-naire survey of 253 tobacco farmers planting scale ,the paper analyzed tobacco farmers scale operation ,its characteristics and behaviors ,suggested that scale of flue-cured tobacco planting should put the farmland market circulation and the flue-cured tobacco comparative benefit as the prerequisite so as to correctly handle the relationship between the government or the col -lective organization and market mechanism ,which has become the key issues in pushing land circulation forward and scale of flue-cured tobacco planting. |
