| 摘 要： | 文章深入研究如何管理国有企业经营发展中存在的法律风险。对企业法律风险进行了简要介绍，并分析了企业法律风险成因和防范企业法律风险必要性，在此基础上提出建立健全国有企业法律风险管理体系的架构。对法律风险进行有效防范、科学管理，才能实现国有企业的良性运行、实现国有资产的保值增值。

| Abstract: | The paper made a study on how to manage the legal risks of state-owned enterprises. Firstly, this paper briefly introduced the corporate legal risk, then analyzes the causes of legal risk and the necessity of legal risk prevention, and then, put forward to establish and perfect the system of legal risk management of state-owned enterprise. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that in order to realize the benign operation of state-owned enterprises and the maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets, a scientific and effective management of legal risk should be established. |
