| 摘 要： | 现代的大学生的心理健康问题越来越引起社会的广泛关注,为了更好地为邯郸学院的大学生开展心理健康教育,特做了此项研究.本文通过对邯郸学院大学生的心理健康观念的调查研究发现,邯郸学院的大学生对于心理健康方面的知识有一些认识,但是还存在着一定的误区.对于自己和家人或朋友的心理健康状况很关心,但是只有极少数的同学接受过专业的心理咨询,有84.7%的同学表示如果有机会愿意接受心理咨询,有97.4%的同学希望得到更多的心理健康方面的知识.

| Abstract: | The modem university student mental health problems are caused widespread concern in society, To better for the students in Handan college of Mental Health Education, so done this research. Based on the Handan College Students Mental Health study found that the concept of the investigation, the students for mental health have some cognition of the knowledge, but there are still a certain amount of misunderstanding. For themselves and their families or friends are very concerned about mental health status, but only a few students have received professional mental state consults, 84.7% of students said if given the opportunity to receive the mental state consults, 97.4% of the students want more of the mental health knowledge. |
