| 摘 要： | 运用我国1991-2008年省际面板数据，构建门槛模型实证分析外商直接投资（FDI）技术溢出与区域技术差距的“双门槛效应”。研究表明：FDI技术溢出在我国存在显著的技术差距“双门槛效应”，一定的技术水平是充分发挥FDI溢出作用的前提，技术落后地区对溢出效应的吸收还不够充分；同时FDI溢出的边际效用随技术水平的提高递减，技术发达地区自主创新作用更大。

| Abstract: | A double threshold model is constructed to analyze the non-linear relationship between the technology gap and technology spillovers of FDI based on the provincial panel data of China during 1991–2008.The empirical results support the hypothesis of two thresholds,which are 1.11 and 2.07 in terms of the technology gap respectively.The estimated thresholds indicate the sufficient absorptive capability is the premise for FDI technology spillovers.Moreover,it implies the marginal decrease of FDI technology spillover effects in the long run. |
