| 摘 要： | 本文依据《体育与健康课程标准》提出的一些基本理念，针对过去中学体育教学大纲中存在着内容偏旧、规定过细等弊端，分析了现行体育教学的实际现状。基于此，我们从教学内容的选择、教学时数的分配，提出了中国体育教学进行尝试性的改革。
