摘    要:教师职业在经历了从兼职到专职、再到一个专业行业的过程中,已凸显出专业化的特征。教师专业化是指教师职业具有自己独特的职业要求和职业条件,有专门的培养制度和管理体制。不断提高我国师范教育的质量、提高教师的专业化水平、走教师专业化之路.是新世纪中国教育改革和发展的历史必然。

Abstract:The occupation of teaching from a part-time to a full-time, and again to a specialized process, has shown the feature of specialization. Teacher specialization means that the trade of teaching has its own unique professional requirements and conditions. It also has its specific fostering principle and managing system. To increasingly improve the quality of our normal education and the level of teachers' specialization, and to follow the road to teachers' specialization are the inevitable trend of Chinese education reform and development in the new century.
