| 摘 要： | 回顾改革开放以来中央宏观政策在指导思想、战略目标、群众路线等方面的成功经验,同时客观地分析中央宏观政策在政策价值取向、政策战略实施、政策协调性、政策制定、政策执行、政策回应性等方面存在的不足,最后从政策系统的制度安排等方面设计出如何优化我国的中央宏观政策。
