| 摘 要： | 自2004年始,部分学者将国外机构库研究成果引入中国内地,一些高校尝试建设机构库。然而5年来机构库增长速度异常缓慢,OPENDOAR中登记的仅为3家。该文对机构库建设的"冷现象"进行调查研究,分析其形成原因,并提出4点建议以加快我国大陆机构库的建设。
