| 摘 要： | 结合职教师资培养计划的需要,根据专业课程的强实践性,采用模块化结构自制了开放式计算机控制技术课程实训系统.该实训系统以温度为被控对象,采用西门子PLC200为控制器,信号接口采用EM235模块,组建了一个小型课题项目系统.软件编程涉及到西门子PLC200编程软件STEP 7 MicroWIN和组态王软件.该实训系统完全开放,涉及知识面较广,大大增强了学生的动手能力和学习兴趣,取得了很好的实训效果.

| Abstract: | Taking into account of the requirement of vocational teacher training,and the strong practical characteristics of specialized courses,an open computer control technology training system based on modular structure has been constructed.The training system adopts the temperature as the controlled object,the Siemens PLC200 as the controller and EM235 module as signal interface to form a small project which involved STEP 7 MicroWIN and configure software.The system is completely open and involved a wider range of knowledge.Therefore,the practice abilities and learning interest of students have been greatly enhanced and a very good training effect has been obtained. |
