| 摘 要： | 评估是图书馆发展中的必不可少的一部分，数字图书馆是传统图书馆发展的高级阶段，其评估的内涵与外延相应具有一些新的特征，甚至在某些地方要重新诠释。本文试就数字图书馆评估的相关理念提出了一点拙见以供广大同仁探讨。

| Abstract: | Evaluation is an essential part in the development of library, but the digital library is the advanced stage that the traditional library develops. So many details on digital library evaluation has changed and had new characteristics too. We Should even annotate again in some places. In the paper the author tries to put forward some humble opinions on relevant theory of digital library evaluation. |
